Eligibility & Age Restriction

Account Registration & Security

When registering your rd999 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information up to date throughout the life of your account.
rd999 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information at any time. If discrepancies are identified between the information provided at registration and the documentation submitted during KYC verification, rd999 may suspend the account pending investigation.

Deposits are credited to your rd999 account balance upon confirmation of receipt. rd999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be returned and may trigger an account review.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. rd999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal request, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.
Withdrawal requests submitted before 6:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on any calendar day are typically processed on the same day for bKash and Nagad. Requests received after 6:00 PM BST may be processed the following business day. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to the operating hours of the recipient bank.

Bonuses & Promotions
rd999 offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion as well as the general bonus conditions set out here.
- Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitute fraud.
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances. Real-money funds are used first in all wagering activity unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
- rd999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to disqualify players from promotions if abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity is detected.
- Free spins are valid for the specified game and time period only. Unused free spins expire at the end of the promotion period.

Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
All games and betting markets available on rd999 are governed by the rules of the individual game provider or sports book in addition to these general platform terms. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules will prevail for matters relating to game outcomes; these Terms will prevail for all other matters.

- Winnings are credited to the player's real-money balance upon official settlement of the event or game round.
- Players must not use external software, bots, or automated systems to place bets. Any such activity will result in immediate account suspension.
Section 7
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the rd999 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.
Strictly Prohibited Actions:
- Opening more than one account on rd999 under any identity.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
- Using rd999 services on behalf of a third party without explicit authorisation.
- Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the rd999 platform.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or loopholes for financial gain.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity (money laundering).

If prohibited conduct is confirmed, rd999 may take any or all of the following actions: permanently close the account, forfeit all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings, reverse withdrawals pending investigation, and disclose relevant information to law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
Either the Player or rd999 may initiate account closure at any time. The process and consequences differ depending on whether closure is requested by the Player voluntarily or initiated by rd999 following a breach of these Terms.

Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled, any available real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, and any uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of associated bonus funds.
